This course reviews the
scientific foundations and principles of sustainable resource management.
Emphasis is on economics, applied ecology and practical resource management.
Topics covered include: resource management policy, land use, forestry,
agriculture, agroforestry, fisheries, and range management.
The goal is to help students develop resource
management skills, business applications, and responsibilities for their
future activities.
